In every guest room
Simmons beds, a 32-inch LCD television, Wi-Fi, a washlet toilet and heating and air conditioning are provided.
Main building services
A paid coin-operated laundry, luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, a range of amenities, microwaves and water dispensers are available on every floor. Trouser presses and air purifiers are available to borrow.
Bettei facilities
The Bettei has separate washbasins and a room-key-operated elevator. Microwaves and refrigerators are available on every floor, along with large luggage closets and an in-room phone connected to the main building front desk.

The main building and Bettei have different addresses and nearest stations. Nishiki Market, Pontocho, Kiyamachi, Gion and the Kamo River are among the places within walking distance.

About your stay
01Check-in and check-out
At the main building, check-in begins at 3:00 pm, with a last check-in time of midnight; check-out is by 10:00 am. Please contact the main building in advance if arriving after 11:00 pm. At the Bettei, check-in is from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Arrivals at the Bettei after 9:00 pm are handled at the main building. Please also check your reservation plan for its specific details.
02Can I leave my luggage?
Luggage can be stored at the main building before check-in and after check-out. This also applies to Bettei guests. The main building is about a five-minute walk from the Bettei.
03Can I stay with children?
Children aged three and under may share a bed free of charge. There is no separate child rate; the adult rate applies. Please confirm guest numbers and conditions on the reservation site.
04Where can I change or cancel a reservation?
Reservation links differ by building. Please use the site where you made your reservation to confirm, change or cancel it. Cancellation terms may vary by plan and stay date.

01What Wi-Fi and amenities are provided?
Wi-Fi is available in rooms at both buildings. Rooms include a television, refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, individual air conditioning and washlet toilet. Toothbrushes, hair brushes and tea are available at the amenity bar. Nightgowns for the main building are beside the front desk, and microwaves at the Bettei are available on each floor.
02Smoking and meals
Guest rooms are non-smoking, including heated tobacco products. Please use the smoking area at the main building. Neither building serves meals; please enjoy the restaurants in the surrounding area.

01Is parking available?
The main building has a first-come, first-served affiliated parking lot. It costs JPY 1,500 per night, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 am the following day. Please bring your parking ticket to the front desk. The Bettei has no parking or affiliated parking; please use a nearby paid parking lot.
